Your role at Hostinger :

Country Manager in the international growth team. You will be responsible for expanding Hostinger’s market share in the US by understanding target customers, evaluating channels, optimizing key metrics, and setting strategic country-level goals.

Your day-to-day :

  • Market Expansion & Investment : Design and own the market strategy, ensure incrementality, evaluate channels, and own budget allocation based on data and strategic goals, balancing immediate performance with long-term growth.
  • Business Development & Partnerships : Unlock high-impact partnerships with businesses, opinion leaders, and governmental entities to scale growth, focusing on strategic, high-value collaborations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with marketing on channel-specific execution, ensure localization, and inform hiring based on growth needs.
  • Be the VOC : Provide market intelligence, cultural insights, and drive customer research to inform strategies, ensuring Hostinger is perceived as a trusted brand and acting as the company's representative in local markets.

Your skills and experience :

  • Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience in setting country-level goals, evaluating opportunities, and developing market entry / expansion strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, optimizing LTV / CAC, ROAS, and ensuring profitability.
  • Expertise in identifying effective channels, driving revenue, and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Capability to oversee execution, manage teams, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Experience in building partnerships, stakeholder management, and contracts.
  • Skilled in navigating market challenges, regulations, and uncertainties.
  • Strong presentation, alignment, and advocacy skills, leveraging analytics for performance enhancement.
