As the Regional (HR) Business Partner for Spain, you will be the cornerstone of our HR operations. A key and primary focus of this role will be to serve as the key HR person for our new factory setup , this position is building up local team from the ground up and establishing all HR processes. You will act as a strategic partner to local management, ensure legal compliance, and be the vital link between our European operations and our global HR team in China.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the lead HR point of contact for our new factory, managing all HR-related aspects of the startup, including recruitment, onboarding, and setting up local policies.
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment and training efforts to build and develop the new factory team.
- Manage all operational HR tasks including onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Research and analyze employee trends and data to develop a deep understanding of the local
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish legal standards to ensure compliance and reduce organizational risk.
- Research employee trends to develop initiatives that increase engagement and retention.
- Assist management in conflict resolution and act as a guardian of the company’s ethics, values, and culture.
- Work closely with the local European HR team to align regional strategies.
- Maintain a close and effective collaboration with the central HR team in China, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring global HR initiatives are successfully adapted and implemented locally.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field experience.5 - 8 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.Comprehensive knowledge of Spanish labor law and social security systems.Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management especially in a factory environment.Very good understanding of a factory set-up with knowledge of relevant HR policies.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent intercultural communication skills and good understanding of the Chinese corporate world.Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong intercultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.Business fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a significant plus
