Overview

Dynamic Social Media Specialist

We're seeking a creative and digitally fluent social media specialist to shape our presence on popular platforms like X, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

You'll help us grow our brand, connect with users, and spark conversation across the country — especially in Catalunya.

Responsibilities

Create engaging daily and weekly content for Twitter / X, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
Write punchy tweets and captions, develop ideas for fun or educational short-form videos, and film or edit content native to each platform
Be part of the face and voice of our organization on social media, from memes and explainers to behind-the-scenes and reactive moments

Key Responsibilities :

Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our goals and objectives

Creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience

Building and maintaining our online presence through various social media channels

Analyzing and reporting on social media metrics to inform future strategy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have :

Fluency in Catalan, Spanish (Castellano), and professional English

Loves social media and understands how to speak in-platform, especially on Twitter / X, TikTok, and Instagram

Confident and natural on camera, with experience filming and editing short-form content using tools like CapCut, InShot, or native app editors

Knowledge of current trends and why they matter — not just in Barcelona, but across Catalonia and Spain

Excellent writing skills with clarity, humor, and personality, adjusting tone depending on the audience

Curious about our industry and open to learning as you go

Likes working independently, thinking on your feet, and being part of a small, ambitious team
