Senior Investment Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a leading Madrid based renewable energy investment team.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Modeller to join our growing renewable energy team in Madrid. You will play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and optimising renewable energy investments across solar, wind, and storage projects throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain project finance and corporate financial models for renewable energy assets (solar PV, wind, battery storage, etc.)
• Conduct valuation analysis , scenario modelling, and sensitivity testing to support investment decisions and financing structures
• Support M&A transactions , project bids, and financing negotiations with robust financial analysis and modelling
• Prepare investment papers, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the project development, engineering, and finance teams to align technical and financial assumptions
• Monitor project performance and update models with actuals and revised forecasts
