Online Sales Specialist — EdTech / Digital Learning (Remote, Full-Time / Part-Time)

Descripción del trabajoDeliver an excellent pre-enrollment experience that builds trust and motivation. Ensure smooth transition of enrolled students to the onboarding and success teams. Gather feedback to improve the customer journey and increase satisfaction. Participate in weekly team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion performance. Report sales data and KPIs with precision and consistency. 1+ year of B2C online sales experience (preferably education, call center, or digital products). Fluent in Russian and conversational in English (B1+). Experience working with CRM systems and communication tools (Zoom, Dialer, etc.). Confident communicator with a consultative approach and persuasive skills. Organized, goal-oriented, and disciplined in meeting sales targets. Available to work during U.S. hours (Pacific Standard Time). Strong motivation to achieve financial results and help clients grow. Positive, high-energy attitude and ability to handle objections calmly. Curiosity to learn and improve sales skills continuously. Commitment to remote teamwork, structure, and performance accountability. Commission-based pay (10% per sale) — average $180 per deal . Monthly earning potential : $1,500–$2,000+ with consistent performance. Fully remote , flexible schedule aligned with U.S. time zones. Full sales training, scripts, and lead flow provided. Supportive, international team and growth opportunities in EdTech sales. Paid vacation, sick leave, and a clear KPI-based progression path. ≥10 monthly sales ≥10% conversion from warm leads 90%+ customer satisfaction rate 100% CRM compliance and attendance
About the Role
Home Alliance Academy is looking for an Online Sales Specialist to join our global EdTech sales team. You’ll connect with warm leads (no cold calls), guide potential students through our educational programs, and help them make life-changing decisions through learning.
This role is ideal for goal-driven, empathetic professionals who are passionate about education and ready to grow their income through performance-based sales.
Key Responsibilities Consultative Sales & Lead Conversion
- Conduct Zoom or phone consultations with qualified leads (no cold calling).
- Understand client goals and match them with the right educational program.
- Present program benefits clearly, handle objections, and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (minimum 10 enrollments per month).
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
