Offer Description

The selected candidate will perform bioinformatics analyses related to the single-cell transcriptomic data obtained in objective 1.1 of the project. The objective is to apply new analytical tools to identify novel molecular mechanisms regulating the plasticity of wood development to address drought during this intermediate stage of the project funded by the César Nombela Talent Attraction Program of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, reference number : 2023-T1 / BIO-29308. 100% of their working day will be dedicated to this project.

Research Field Biological sciences » Other Education Level Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Skills / Qualifications

A graduate with experience in computational biology, demonstrated through scientific contributions, Bachelor’s and Master’s theses. Experience in single-cell transcriptomic analysis will be considered an asset.
