Overview

The Alpega Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for DACH. This role will be part of the Sales team in Teleroute and is based in Catalonia.

The Alpega Group is a fast-growing, leading software company that offers modular solutions to manage transportation end-to-end and enable our customers to achieve greener transportation processes, with 35+ years in the business. Alpega Freight Exchange is the leading freight exchange in Europe, to easily and safely match spot shipments and truck capacity through our platform – which helps our clients achieve greener transportation processes. We offer our services through Teleroute, Wtransnet and 123Cargo.

About the role : The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our product and for acquiring new customers for the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities and conduct lead generation by making incoming and outgoing calls to maximize market exposure.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential customers such as freight forwarders and transport companies. In the first year, complete 95% of the sales target and develop strong knowledge of the sales process and the platform.
  • Success in this role is defined by the number of new customers acquired and the revenue they generate.
  • Achieve targets in the first year and develop an excellent knowledge of the sales process and the platform.
  • Use Salesforce on a daily basis.
  • Be measured by the number of new customers acquired, monthly revenue generated, and number of daily calls.

What we look for in you

  • A bachelor''s degree (or proven hands-on experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in B2B sales (service or software oriented ideally).
  • Native German.
  • Fluent English or Spanish.
  • Experience with Salesforce (ideal but not mandatory).
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
