Head Of Product (Co-Founder)- Ermine

We are looking for a Head of Product (cofounder) to join our early team and lead the product journey of a startup revolutionizing the world of Audit 4.0 and control management for companies.

Built alongside Erhardt Ermine is a cutting-edge SaaS platform that simplifies and enhances Risk Management Audit Management ESG Management Quality Management and Regulation & Standards. It centralizes everything in one place automating evidence collection ensuring traceability and increasing operational efficiencyall while saving time resources and costs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Product with the perfect balance between strategic vision and tactical execution. Someone who can design validate and ship impactful product experiences while building the foundations of the product function in Ermine.

As our Head of Product youll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder. Youll design validate and ship our first product modules working directly with founders strategic partners and early customers. At the same time youll lay the foundations for our future product organization building the culture processes and practices that will guide Ermine as we scale. Think of it as a zero-to-one product leader who not only shapes the solution but also prepares the path for the future product organization.

This is a cofounder-level role : youll have ownership influence and significant equity (10%) with the support of Byld (Spains leading corporate venture builder) and Erhardt a top-tier industry partner.

As Head of Product you will :

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap aligning vision with customer needs business goals and market opportunities.

Lead discovery with customers and prospects : test hypotheses validate modules and translate insights into product decisions.

Be the voice of the user : deeply understand their problems and back your decisions with research and data analysis to design solutions that truly address their needs.

Ship our first 34 product modules with early customers ensuring usability adoption and measurable impact.

Design and deliver end-to-end user experience making complex compliance processes simple and intuitive.

Collaborate with engineering and design to move fast from concept to release balancing ambition with technical feasibility.

Support go-to-market efforts : partner with sales and marketing on product positioning demos and adoption strategies.

Measure product performance with data and feedback iterating quickly to maximize value.

Feel at home using data to make decisions whether through analytics user research surveys or usability testing. You know how to turn conflicting inputs and large amounts of data into clear actionable steps that lead to practical and elegant solutions.

Lay the foundations of the product team : set up rituals frameworks and hiring priorities that will guide our growth.

Who are we looking for :

Youve built and shipped B2B SaaS products from zero to one (ideally 8 years of experience).

You thrive in early-stage startups environments where ambiguity speed and learning loops are the norm.

Youre equally comfortable talking to clients aligning with founders or rolling up your sleeves to write user stories.

Ability to move between strategic thinking (vision positioning roadmap) and hands-on execution (wireframes user stories acceptance criteria).

You have strong skills in product discovery user research and data-driven decision making.

Youve designed and managed end-to-end user journeys and know how to balance user needs with business impact.

You speak the language of engineers technical fluency with APIs integrations and data.

Youre a strong communicator who can engage stakeholders inspire teams and build trust with clients.

Curiosity adaptability and ambition to grow into a director-level product role in the short-to-medium term.

Above all youre curious adaptable and ambitious : someone who wants to become a cofounder-level leader and grow with the company.

Desirable :

Experience in Audit Risk Compliance or ESG industries.

Network within the SaaS or risk management ecosystem.
