We’re seeking a Tech Resourcer who’s comfortable filling roles from Rust or Solidity to Fullstack (React, Node) and who understands Web3 and AI concepts. Join a deeply technical, Web3 / AI-native team.

Responsibilities Identify and fill technical roles across Rust, Solidity, and Fullstack (React / Node).

Assess candidate fit, engage passive talent, and manage pipelines.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define role requirements.

Leverage networks (GitHub, X, Discord, etc.) to discover top developers.

Qualifications Unbelievably organized and able to manage talent pipelines.

Technically fluent (2-5 years) with knowledge of stacks and infra vs dev tradeoffs.

People-smart with ability to spot A-players before CV review.

Curious and proactive in sourcing talent across communities.
