Your role

In the role of an Industry Principal, you will be pivotal to implement the solution and architecture and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As an IPCON in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.

Responsibilities

Should be a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

Experience in at least two / three full-fledged implementations of Oracle SCM cloud applications

Interact directly with customer process consultants and business SME to gather business and technical requirements

Analyse requirements for different areas, identify cross- functional impact, and provide the optimal solutions to meet requirements end to end

Fit Gap Mapping and solutions

Provide cross- functional leadership in conversations with customer teams and convince on solution options and decisions

Coordinate with different tracks to drive an optimal solution and various project milestones from a solution perspective

Be responsible for ensuring optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolved

Recommend process improvements and automations opportunities wherever applicable

Works closely with Chief Process Owner at Onsite

Drives solution workshops for cross track sessions

Ensures all critical solutions are reviewed

Ensure cross track dependencies are resolved

Ensure direction of solution is aligned across streams

Comfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and cross track Key Design Discussion sessions with client

Drives the pilot and solution rollout discussions

Drives end to end solution discussions

Will take the lead for Design Review Board solution discussions

Required

Should be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions / enhancements.

Candidate needs to have experience in led any two of the following tracks in previous Fusion Cloud program in the Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Planning Cloud, Product Data Management Cloud

Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed

Onsite-Offshore communication and work management

Leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities

Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end to end business processes

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Preferred

Exposure to Process Optimization / Modernization through digitization initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Ability to lead different teams towards a common objective
