Solardrone, a leading startup in drone and AI inspections for renewable energy in Spain, is looking to hire a Full-Cycle Account Manager. With massive scaling potential and demonstrated traction, we are looking for someone ambitious, autonomous, and with a track record in B2B sales for our sales department.

We are a group of young people who like technology and renewables, although, above all, I would say we love to generate a real impact with them.

In fact, our mission is to make renewable energy more abundant and affordable through technology. And this isn't just a catchphrase. This year, we are helping hundreds of solar plants generate more energy in Europe, the USA, and South America.

Our ambition is to lead the transition to the autonomous solar plant (through aerial robots and AI). We love transforming complex data into actionable and easy-to-understand decisions, maximizing the production and lifespan of solar assets. We are not just data providers but pioneers who empower asset managers and developers with simplicity, innovation, and direct economic value. We are looking for...

an Account Manager (Full-Cycle) with experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in renewables, to manage the complete sales cycle in key regions (Spain / Europe or USA / Latam, depending on assignment). You must have the initiative to generate your own leads and close complex deals.

Flexible and remote work, with a hybrid option. An opportunity to join a young, talented, and motivated team in an agile environment where you will contribute directly to growth.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in renewables .

Demonstrated ability in prospecting, negotiation, and closing complex cycles; data-driven with KPIs.

A "builder" mindset : autonomous, resilient, with the initiative to open markets and travel frequently.

Languages : Fluent Spanish and English (core); German / French (for Europe) or Portuguese (for Latam / USA) is a bonus.

Good communication, networking, and problem-solving skills; you believe in our North Star of leading the transition to the autonomous solar plant.

Experience in agile startups; a technical background (engineer) is preferred to understand drone / AI inspection products.
