Retail Store Manager

In this role, you will :

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
• Manage the store's product flow and ensure that merchandise is always abundant and well-organized
• Partner with sales leadership to identify and resolve maintenance and housekeeping issues
• Manage associate relations and develop talent management lifecycle plans for direct reports
