Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Marbella. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with the buying and selling process, providing excellent customer service, and understanding the local real estate market. Daily tasks include showing properties, negotiating sales, handling real estate transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on property availability and market trends. The agent will also be required to liaise with solicitors, banks, and other service providers to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License (If possible)
• Skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Experience in Real Estate and the Costa del Sol
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in multi-lingual communication is an advantage
• Strong local market knowledge and networking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Professional demeanour and strong work ethic
