Senior Project Executive

Overview The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in project execution and is eager to transition into a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities Manage multiple phases and areas of specialization such as strategic consulting, feasibility analysis, project preparation, project realization, and project closure.

Deliver high-quality services to clients within defined budgetary and planning constraints.

Apply experience in project planning, budget control, quality assessment, cost estimation, permitting, procurement, document management, and reporting through regular updates and progress reports.

Review and manage certifications from different contractors and industrial partners.

Define, control, and mitigate project risks to ensure adherence to key project milestones.

Examine the project to plan deliverables and estimate costs.

Review and manage the planning of all contractors and maintain a comprehensive site plan.

Oversee on-site and off-site work to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications Experience in project planning, budget control, quality assessment, cost estimation, permitting, procurement, document management, and reporting.
