Overview Job Title : Chief Security Architect

Location : Málaga, Spain

Our organization seeks an exceptional Chief Security Architect to lead our globally dispersed security team and design innovative security solutions. You will be responsible for implementing security strategies, creating secure-by-design infrastructure & application solutions, and collaborating with architecture, operations, and GRC to drive secure innovation.

Responsibilities Lead a talented team of engineers across the globe

Implement security strategies into actionable results

Design and deliver scalable, secure-by-default infrastructure & application solutions

Collaborate with architecture, operations, and GRC to drive secure innovation

Communicate the impact of security engineering to executives, clients, and peers

Establish a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning

Promote automation, DevSecOps, and cutting-edge cloud-native tools

Translate security frameworks like OWASP, MITRE & CIS into real-world engineering impact

Deep technical roots in security operations, architecture, and risk management

Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically

Fluency in security operations, architecture, and risk management, as well as business value

Comfort in hybrid cloud environments, open-source tools, and modern dev practices

Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications CISSP / ISSAP / ISSEP / ISSMP or similar credentials

BSc or MSc in Information Security or related fields

Experience building, scaling, and transforming functions from the ground up
