What You’ll Do Build, test, and maintain robust web applications with React and Next.js Collaborate directly with founders, designers, and engineers to turn bold ideas into seamless user experiences Integrate with backend APIs and occasionally contribute backend code (Node.js, Python, etc.) Continuously improve code quality, usability, and performance Take part in product and technical planning sessions (Nice to have)Support the development of Power BI dashboards and / or mobile app features What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js (show us what you’ve built — projects, contributions, or portfolio) Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script / Type Script Comfortable working with APIs and dipping into backend code when needed Curious, adaptable, and relentless in solving problems A clear communicator and true team player who thrives in fast-moving environments Bonus Points Exposure to Power BI or similar BI / reporting tools Experience with mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native, etc.) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Why You’ll Love Working With Us A massive influence on product and company direction from the ground up Competitive startup salary plus equity opportunities The fastest personal and professional growth of your career A small but ambitious team that’s supportive, open, and driven by impact
