David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Sales Representative Specialist for their Barcelona office.

Position : Sales Representative Specialist

Location : Barcelona, Spain

Employment type : full-time

Remuneration : Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, converting each interaction into an opportunity to offer suitable product or service solutions.
  • Build relationships with potential clients by introducing them to the company’s offerings and demonstrating value.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline internal processes and improve the overall client journey.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and suggesting ways to enhance service delivery and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities using internal systems.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a high-volume work setting.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
  • Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle objections and remain motivated.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes or technologies.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that involves frequent phone interactions and performance-based metrics.
