The Role

We’re seeking a highly technical Project Manager who can operate as the bridge between Operations and Engineering. This isn’t a box-ticking PMO role – you’ll be driving clarity, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-moving startup environment. If you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats – from roadmap planning to light QA – and thrive in high-impact, fast-paced settings, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project timelines, dependencies, and coordination across teams
• Maintain a clear, achievable roadmap and keep momentum on priorities
• Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks for engineering teams
• Facilitate sprints, standups, and delivery cycles
• Perform light QA testing and ensure product quality isn’t compromised
• Spot blockers early, problem-solve, and communicate solutions
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and needs to stakeholders
• Support ad hoc project or operational initiatives where needed
