What You'll Do

As a Change & Communications Senior Coordinator within the Change and Communication Capability team in the Practice Area (PA) Chief Operating Officer organization , you will strategize, design, and execute high-impact internal communication to support the change and run the business agendas. Working closely with the Change and Communications Director and PA leaders across PAs, BCG Vantage, and ECT, you will help shape and execute change management, communication and engagement strategies for high-priority efforts across Practice Areas.

Your Role Will Be Engaging And Varied

• Support and deliver end-to-end internal change and communications initiatives — from planning to execution — that align with BCG's priorities and the project’s needs.
• Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders across the firm to gather insights, align messaging, and ensure consistent communication.
• Support coordination and execution of campaigns, events, and other engagement activities.
• Contribute to a strong team culture, offering support to peers and mentoring junior colleagues when appropriate.
• Track and analyze communications effectiveness and engagement metrics, recommending improvements where needed.
