About the Role : We are seeking an experienced technology leader to shape the future of our product ecosystem and drive transformative user experiences across client-facing and internal platforms. The role involves steering global teams, fostering innovation, and implementing scalable, forward-thinking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead high-performing, globally distributed teams by cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity.

Develop and implement scalable software architectures supporting long-term product expansion and agility.

Partner with stakeholders in product strategy, business operations, and client services to translate vision into roadmaps.

Champion seamless and modern integration capabilities to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

Promote automation and unified solutions across payroll and HR tech domains to optimize efficiency and client impact.

Establish cross-functional partnerships, influencing technical and strategic decisions.

Mentor team members, monitor organizational health, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.

Navigate multiple time zones with ease, demonstrating adaptability in a decentralized work structure.

Your Background :

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering; advanced degrees are advantageous.

At least 15 years of experience in delivering complex software applications, including architecture, development, and leadership roles.

Proven success managing diverse technical teams across geographies and time zones.

Expertise in developing large-scale, cloud-native SaaS applications.

In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, CI / CD pipelines, and container-based delivery.

Strong understanding of modern practices like test automation, DevOps, and full-stack engineering.

Experience with agile methodologies at an enterprise scale.

Ability to resolve complex system integrations and technical challenges.

Hands-on approach when necessary, diving into technical details and problem-solving.

Deep interest in artificial intelligence and its potential for innovation.
