At Copernicus, we are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support our development functions. The main responsibilities include :

Valuation of real estate assets across various types (land, residential, offices, premises, warehouses, etc.).

Analysis of market value, expected rental value, and market liquidity assumptions.

Supporting the head of valuations in investor relations, including defining valuation strategies, scope, and deadlines using various methods.

Implementing processes and procedures to improve departmental operations.

Requirements :

Interest in Valuations

Knowledge of valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization, etc.) is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Desirable : Disability Certificate +33%

Academic background and languages :

Degree in technical fields (architecture, engineering)
