Director of Industry Product Management

We are seeking a strategic customer-focused leader to lead the development of differentiated ERP capabilities for professional services industries.

This role is responsible for driving thought leadership in next-generation automation solutions to help clients compete and win. The ideal candidate will put the customer experience at the center of decision-making, define and maintain comprehensive industry roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

The Director of Industry Product Management will translate industry-specific workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements across ERP modules. They will gather, document, and validate detailed product requirements through customer interviews, market research, and regulatory analysis.

This individual will identify opportunities to embed predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and decision augmentation into professional services use cases. They will act as the industry voice in product planning conversations with horizontal product teams.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support evangelism of our product strategy, go-to-market strategies, enablement, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to discovery, validation, and launch activities with UX, engineering, and operations teams.
• Maintain deep understanding of professional services business models, including project-based delivery, utilization, billing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP or PSA platforms, mid-market services firms, and operational challenges is essential.
