Important : This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain.

Responsibilities

Data analysis and interpretation : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights; interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

Advanced Analytics : Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses; develop and implement models to support business decisions.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions; act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.

Mentorship and Training : Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting; conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
• Excellent SQL and R or Python;
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;
• Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings;
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving;

Excellent English communication skills.
