Languages : Danish (C2 / native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type : Full-time
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 10 : 00-19 : 00

What You'll Be Doing Assist customers via chat, email, or phone in a helpful and friendly manner
Resolve inquiries related to products, accounts, orders, or general support
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
