Global Operations Leadership

Omnipresent global operations require visionary leadership to optimize logistics and biorepository management.

The Director of Global Operations will lead the strategic development and implementation of all operational aspects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and security in the handling of sensitive biological materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute operational strategies for laboratory logistics and biorepository management.
• Oversee daily biorepository operations, ensuring accurate tracking of specimens and client data.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external clients, managing expectations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring contract specifications are met.
• Ensure operations adhere to relevant national and international regulations, such as FDA, AATB, DOT, IATA, GLP, GMP, GCP, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Lead and train biorepository and operations staff, enforcing strict adherence to SOPs, client specifications, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with business development team to create client proposals, negotiate contracts, and plan capacity, providing operational insights to ensure service feasibility.
