The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing strategic accounts within the Spanish market. This senior sales role aims to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by prospecting new customers and closing new business. The candidate must demonstrate our solutions and develop high-quality proposals as part of the sales process. Key responsibilities include :
- Identifying new business opportunities regularly;
- Generating a prospect pipeline independently;
- Driving the sales process stages;
- Understanding customer motivations to tailor the value proposition;
- Uncovering business challenges and developing customized solutions;
- Profiling prime and target accounts in the territory;
- Maintaining pipeline records and reports in the CRM system;
- Collaborating with the business consulting team on sales actions;
- Securing additional business and ensuring customer satisfaction with existing accounts;
- Participating in quarterly reviews or more frequent meetings as required;
- Overachieving assigned service and new logo quotas quarterly and annually.
Qualifications required :
Master's Degree (Business School, Engineering, or equivalent University);Proven sales success with global accounts, selling complex software solutions directly to customers and partners;Ability to craft and communicate business value propositions at the C-level within specific verticals;Effective teamwork and virtual collaboration skills;Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (fluent) for negotiations with high-level decision-makers;Enthusiastic, proactive, self-starter, and problem solver.This role may involve travel within Spain and Europe.
