Responsibilities

• Participate in the 5-year plan, annual & quarterly : Elaborate quarterly sales plan according to most recent calendar; Define statistical forecast model; Provide deep analysis of deviation drivers
• In store promo analysis : Pre-post analysis of different KPI\'s : transactions, ticket and profitability; Define baseline for promo analysis; PPNOC analysis for tests; Influence franchisees to
• Results reporting : Monthly reporting to WEBU HQ, detailing main deviations explanation; Weekly internal and external reporting, with focus in BYA mentality
• Provide support in Franchisee finance control
• Share best practices with WEBU finance partners
• Ad hoc requests : provide support to different functions, with focus in Mk and Spend Smarter requests
