Key Responsibilities :

  • To identify, prospect, and onboard new business clients for new energy products and meet regional sales targets
  • Manage key accounts, address client inquiries, and promote company solutions effectively
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform other work assigned by leadership

Necessary Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in power electronics, electrical automation, or related engineering disciplines
  • At least one year of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics
