ABOUT DE ROL

We are seeking a IT Service Leader, an experienced professional who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to design the company’s IT foundation, oversee daily support, and ensure operational efficiency and security across all departments.

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who enjoys building systems from the ground up and ensuring a secure, efficient digital environment in a fast-growing, high-technology company.

The role blends strategic leadership (defining infrastructure, security, and tools) with hands-on delivery (user support, vendor coordination, and policy implementation).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

1. IT Infrastructure and Daily Operations

• Oversee and maintain core IT infrastructure (networks, devices, cloud environments).
• Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage account access, onboarding / offboarding, and device provisioning.
• Coordinate IT vendors and service providers to ensure uptime and cost efficiency.
