Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the European Field Technology team, supporting Business Operations in Spain and HQ.

The main objective is to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained and continually improved, minimizing issues with day-to-day delivery of services.

This role requires working with existing and new technologies / developments that align with the Global Business and Technology strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve SLAs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work with various technologies and developments to enhance business operations.
  • Support Business Operations in Spain and HQ locations.
