As our Product Manager (UX & Design Focus) , you will ensure that user needs are at the center of every product decision. You’ll translate user needs and business goals into delightful, intuitive digital products.
Your mission is to ensure that every product decision is grounded in user insights, research, and design best practices, ultimately delivering a product that travelers love and trust.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
Lead user research, discovery sessions, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
Translate user insights and business objectives into wireframes, prototypes, and design requirements.
Collaborate closely with designers to craft cohesive, user-friendly experiences.
Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and effectively.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on user impact and business value.
Define success metrics focused on user engagement, satisfaction, and experience.
Advocate for the user in every discussion, ensuring that decisions align with user needs.
Continuously iterate on products based on feedback, analytics, and testing.
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of experience in UX, product design, or user-centered product management.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-focused design and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in design thinking, user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaborative design tools (Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge design, business, and engineering perspectives.
Bonus : Experience in travel, booking, or e-commerce platforms.
Bonus : Knowledge of AI-driven product features and how they impact user experience.
