How you will shape PropHero

You’ll be the product manager for a key area of PropHero’s experience—owning our mobile and web app (WIP) end-to-end—working cross-functionally to discover, define, and deliver features that make property investment radically simpler, smarter, and more accessible.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle : From ideation and discovery to delivery and iteration. You’ll manage everything from product specs to quality assurance.
• Drive product discovery : Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to uncover real customer pain points and shape features that solve them.
• Specify features clearly : Translate complex requirements into pragmatic, well-defined user stories with clear KPIs and success metrics.
• Lead delivery with excellence : Partner with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed, with a strong eye for detail and trade-off decisions.
• Think in systems and architecture : Your technical fluency allows you to understand engineering implications and build robust, scalable solutions.
• Track and optimize performance : Monitor key metrics, run A / B tests, analyze user feedback, and iterate with impact.
• Be the voice of the user : Whether it’s a first-time investor or a returning customer, you’ll keep their needs at the center of every product decision.
