We are seeking an experienced Aerospace / Defense focused RF / MW Solution Engineer to work closely with our sales and industry teams to understand customer needs / requirements, demonstrate products and solutions, and enable customers to succeed including training and other levels of support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical customer engagements

Owning the technical demonstration, proposal, and delivery and support

Teaming with sales professionals, industry solution teams, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunities

Create demand for products and services through presentations, seminars, and demonstrations

Develop and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Participate in European programs like FCAS and IRIS2

Qualifications

This position requires the following skillsets and attributes, with an emphasis on technical expertise and communication skills :

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering required, Master's degree preferred or equivalent education with emphasis in RF and microwave theory and applications

Relevant experience in the A / D industry, and RF / MW / mmW communications systems such as modern VNA's, signal generators, and signal analyzers

Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates

Effective presentation and problem-solving skills

Business proficiency in English and Spanish languages

Holding a EU Passport is mandatory, Spanish passport preferred
