About The Role

Step into a pivotal role where your leadership will shape the future of clinical enablement through cutting-edge data platforms. As Program Manager in the Advanced Quantitative Science team, you’ll drive the delivery of QUANTA—our next-generation statistical compute platform—empowering biostatisticians and scientists to accelerate innovation. You’ll lead global, cross-functional teams, champion Agile practices, and ensure seamless execution of high-impact programs that transform how Novartis harnesses data for better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of QUANTA platform within the SCAPE initiative
• Coordinate internal and external teams to meet program goals and timelines
• As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), facilitate Agile Release Train activities and cross-team alignment
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and GxP validation standards
• Engage stakeholders to define requirements and drive business value
• Present program updates and risks to senior leadership and steering committees
• Promote adoption of emerging tools and Agile ways of working to streamline program execution
• Support Agile delivery teams in adhering to DevOps processes, building efficiencies and ensuring timely releases
