Job Summary At DKSH Marketing Services Spain, we are looking for a Specialist, Quality and Logistics to join our Barcelona team and help drive business growth by ensuring operational efficiency and outstanding service standards.

Responsibilities Optimize and coordinate daily Supply Chain operations : procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

Support internal and external audits (financial and quality).

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as REACH, CLP, ISO, AEO, Responsible Care, and more.

Contribute to sustainability initiatives and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management.

Support IT & Communications management, with a focus on SAP ERP.

Your Profile Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Understanding of and motivation to work within logistics operations, transport management, and distribution processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

HACCP training and SAP experience are a plus.

Fluent in Spanish with good command of English.

Effective communication and collaboration.

Strong analytical and planning skills.
