We are seeking a skilled Global Payroll Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing, serving as the primary payroll expert for assigned clients, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing in our payroll system for a portfolio of assigned clients
• Serve as the primary payroll expert for your client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery
• Enter, validate, and process salary changes, bonuses, benefits, and other payroll-related data with precision
• Conduct thorough payroll reviews and verifications, implementing four-eyes control principles to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Prepare payment files, accounting entries, and reconciliations for client approval
• Generate monthly payroll reports, analytics, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance on payroll matters, including statutory requirements and best practices
• Participate and contribute in development projects in global payroll process improvements
