This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global organisation undergoing major digital transformation, where you’ll lead a mature yet evolving IT project portfolio spanning multiple regions, technologies, and strategic initiatives.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of the EMEA IT project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, governed, and delivered effectively. The company is midway through several large-scale transformation programmes, including eCommerce, field service technology rollouts, pricing modernisation, and core system harmonisation, giving you a rich pipeline of meaningful work from day one.

As the team evolves, this role has been intentionally designed to grow with the individual. The organisation values adaptability, long-term thinking, and the ability to implement change in complex environments at the right pace—not overnight.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Leadership

• Own and enhance the EMEA IT project portfolio governance framework.
• Lead planning cycles, intake, prioritisation, and reporting across a diverse stakeholder group.
• Drive alignment between business strategy, delivery capabilities, and resource allocation.
