JBAndrews is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead a major global customer relationship within the eCommerce, Fashion, Cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.

This is a strategic, high-impact role with a global logistics provider known for operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a flagship global account across multiple countries
  • Drive strategic alignment, operational performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable logistics solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead commercial development
  • Ensure continuous improvement across warehousing, distribution, and value-added services

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within Contract Logistics
  • Sector expertise in eCommerce, Fashion, Cosmetics, or FMCG
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
