About the Role

Join Antom's dynamic Card Acquiring team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global payments. We are building the next generation of cutting-edge technology and features to provide unparalleled global coverage for the world's largest merchants and emerging MSEs (Mid-Size Enterprises).

As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this mission. You will assist in managing a globally distributed team and work directly with the Head of Product to define and deliver on our ambitious product roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution : Assist in the development and execution of the product vision and roadmap for our Global Card Acquiring Solutions.
• Global Team Coordination : Help manage and coordinate a diverse, cross-functional team with members across the EU, Singapore (SG), the US, and Shanghai (SH).
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work directly with the Head of Product to translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
• End-to-End Product Ownership : Lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through to launch, iteration, and performance analysis.
• PRD Elaboration : Create clear, detailed, and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide engineering and design teams.
• Project Management : Drive project coordination, ensuring timely delivery against roadmap milestones, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
