Junior Buyer | (J-351)

We hold a portfolio of more than 1400 products from mainstream and independent brands and serve clients in 33 European countries.

We aim to support food service and retail businesses by providing access to top-quality authentic Mexican and American products in the European market at the best price, aiming to become the benchmark for international food distribution in Europe.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven person to join our Procurement Department to take on purchase responsibilities and strengthen our relationships with our suppliers.

Role Purpose :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to support our procurement operations, maintain optimal stock levels across a diverse product portfolio, and ensure purchasing activities align with sales forecasts, commercial strategies, and logistical constraints.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to work cross-functionally to support purchasing decisions that drive operational efficiency and profitability. The Junior Buyer will assist in planning and executing purchases, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the procurement process. This position requires strong Excel skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Planning and executing purchases with various suppliers to secure the correct stock levels considering lead time, shelf life, and seasonality.

Generating and updating purchase forecasts regularly.

Analyzing data to ensure the commercial feasibility of planned purchases.

Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers beneficial for the company.

Handling and nurturing supplier relationships.

Managing processes such as SKU creation, pricing, and logistics to ensure proper execution.

Collaborating with the sales department to define and implement sales strategies.

Coordinating accounts payable topics with management.

Supporting the purchase manager in defining appropriate KPIs.

What We're Looking For :

Successful completion of related business administration studies or similar.

Minimum of 3-5 years management and / or purchasing experience.

Business-level written and spoken English.

High proficiency in Excel.

Structured, highly motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to build strategic relationships.

Advanced analytical skills.
