Responsibilities

Manage and resolve complex incidents with minimal disruption to business operations.

Implement and improve monitoring and alerting systems to ensure proactive issue detection.

Automate routine tasks and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24 / 7 support for critical systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

6-8 years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and services.

Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with automation and configuration management tools.

Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines.
