With 300% revenue growth in one year and four boutique properties, we are entering a new expansion phase. Our mission is to scale from 200 to 700 rooms in the next five years, backed by a €10 M real‑estate acquisition credit line and €2 M operational funding—and ultimately to launch a €50 M Flex‑Living Investment Fund.

Location : Flexible (Spain / Southern Europe preferred) | Hybrid / Remote.

Key Missions

• Lead fundraising efforts for the €10 M real‑estate expansion and €2 M operational cash flow.
• Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real‑estate investors.
• Identify and secure off‑market under‑value property deals for acquisition.
• Play a strategic role in structuring our future €50 M Flex‑Living Investment Fund.
• Position Palma Coliving as the go‑to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe.
