We’re Hiring : AI Native Technical Owner (Onsite – Málaga)

We’re seeking a Technical Owner to lead the development, governance, and evolution of an AI Native Platform . This role is ideal for a highly skilled and strategic professional with strong technical leadership, platform governance, and cross-domain collaboration experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality, scalability, and consistency across the platform’s building blocks — shaping the foundation for AI-native operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the roadmap, deployment, and governance of AI Native Platform components and building blocks.
• Ensure technical alignment and prioritization across multiple teams and business domains.
• Define and maintain quality, consistency, and scalability standards for platform modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable seamless integration, delivery, and performance .
• Act as the technical authority for AI Native Platform evolution and framework decisions.
• Support ongoing innovation initiatives by introducing best practices and emerging technologies .
• Monitor platform maturity and drive improvements in architecture, automation, and scalability.
