Overview
Logistics Service Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing customer orders in accordance with their requirements and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Contacting customers to confirm instructions and provide updates
- Processing agent and early warning messages to ensure seamless communication
- Communicating information to customers and partners in parallel
- Handling anomalies and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Proposing corrective and preventive measures to improve service quality
- Coordinating with warehouses and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Informing and advising customers on international movement formalities
- Communicating file information to hierarchical managers
- Monitoring service center quality and creating SOPs as needed
- Troubleshooting to find suitable solutions in a timely and efficient manner
