Descripción del trabajoEmbedded Operational Support & CollaborationServe as Level 3 support for IoT devices connected to our cloud platform, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Collaborating with Level 2 users to resolve escalated incidents.Apply high-level technical mitigation and provide initial technical findings, helping to identify product gaps and improvements.Work closely with cross-functional, international teams to deliver innovative solutions.Actively participate in the global DevOps community.Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in Linux-based embedded systems.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.Create and apply version patches to fix bugs in embedded code when needed.Deployment & Rollout CoordinationCoordinate and support the rollout of IoT devices across global environments.Ensure smooth integration of embedded systems with cloud services via REST APIs.Support Level 2 teams by providing technical insights and escalation support.
