In-house Legal Counsel - Technology
Summary
The legal department is looking to recruit an experienced technology lawyer to join the team supporting the Airline IT business of Amadeus in Europe. Reporting to the Head of Airline IT for Europe in Legal, you will provide legal and contractual support to the Airline IT business on complex and large outsourcing agreements. You'll have daily exposure to our customers and Amadeus senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide Transactional Support
Adopt an energetic, pro-active and practical approach to your work, adding value by creating strategic solutions to key legal issues.
2. Provide Post-Contract Support
Legal Support for any post-Cutover upsell (prepare contractual documentation required for post-signature – for example, contract amendments, supplements and Change Orders).
3. Enhance focus and advise commercial teams
Support knowledge sharing and training of sales and commercial teams.
4. Provide support to other areas in the preparation of contract templates and internal procedures
Maintaining contract documentation and guidelines to ensure they are up-to-date with legal developments, industry best practices, and Amadeus policies (coordinating as necessary with internal stakeholders as appropriate).
About the ideal candidate :
Is proficient in English. Additional language skills, ideally French or Spanish, are an advantage, but not a must.
