Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Telegram within 24 hours

Qualify leads : understand budget, timeline, relocation goals

Close sales ranging from €500 to €15,000 packages

Work with leads from our AI visa calculator

Maintain CRM (Planfix) : track all contacts, update statuses

Fluent Russian (primary client language)

~ English B2+ (for international clients)

~3-5+ years sales experience (B2C, preferably premium services)

~ Consultative sales approach (help clients decide, don't push)

~ CRM experience

~ Self-organized (remote work requires discipline)

Spanish language

Base salary + commission (5-10% of sales)
