Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist - Email Marketing - Spain, Remote

Our Team

VistaPrint is looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Global Email Marketing team to lead all aspects of the email program in our French and Belgian Markets. You will be joining the team responsible for creating campaign and customer strategies across 16 markets spanning North America and Europe with the goal to increase customer engagement, incentivize purchases and drive long-term customer value. By partnering with our internal Creative, Go to Market, CRM and Analytics teams, the Global Email Team turns these strategies into reality and monitors and optimizes actions based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in email marketing with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaign strategies and results through their own work and the work of others.

What You Will Do

• Oversee French and Belgian Email Marketing plans, providing input and strategic direction, to meet business objectives and exceed financial expectations.
• Analyze email performance and provide recommendations through testing and optimization plans. Lead and closely monitor KPIs to influence and optimize campaign strategy.
• Project manage and implement regular campaign sends and email strategies including calendar planning, A/B testing and reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with members of global email team, market team, Analytics, creative, and technology groups to create, develop and implement email marketing strategies for customers.
• Primary liaison with our French and Belgian market team. Sharing global content calendar, channel and campaign results, promotional campaigns and email standards.

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or another related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in email marketing, CRM or other digital marketing related roles
• Solid organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Strategic and analytical individual with a passion for problem solving and creative solutions.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management: ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile or scrum is a plus.
• Experience in driving high-impact personalization strategies by using data models to automate audience segmentation and content targeting.
• Experience in forecasting and performing analytical analyses using tools such as Looker.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
