Identificare e qualificare nuovi clienti, coinvolgere i potenziali clienti per creare opportunità di vendita, mantenere aggiornato il CRM e la pipeline, allineare le strategie con il team di vendita e migliorare continuamente i risultati della lead generation.

Che cosa vorremmo da te

Identificare e qualificare nuovi potenziali clienti nei mercati di riferimento.

Contattare efficacemente i potenziali clienti per creare opportunità concrete per il team di vendita.

Gestire e aggiornare accuratamente i dati nel CRM, garantendo una pipeline attiva e aggiornata.

Collaborare con il team di vendita per allineare strategie e obiettivi.

Monitorare i risultati delle attività di lead generation e proporre continui miglioramenti.

Quali sono le competenze e l'esperienza richieste

Ottime capacità di comunicazione, sia scritta che verbale.

Atteggiamento proattivo e curiosità verso nuovi mercati e settori.

Forte organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli nella gestione di dati e attività.

Familiarità con gli strumenti CRM e la gestione delle pipeline (ad es. HubSpot, Salesforce).

Una precedente esperienza in attività di lead generation o in ruoli simili è un plus.
