We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate professional to join our team as a Pre-Owned Watches Buyer . This role plays a key part in curating and expanding our exceptional collection of pre-owned timepieces — giving a second life to watches of unique character and craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate combines a deep passion for horology , strong analytical skills, and refined attention to detail. They will oversee the entire buying process, from identifying opportunities and negotiating acquisitions to ensuring quality, authenticity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Identify purchasing opportunities across various channels, including private sellers, auctions, distributors, trade fairs, and online platforms.

Analyze market value and trends of luxury watches, verifying authenticity and condition in collaboration with the technical team.

Negotiate and manage acquisitions to ensure both profitability and product excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, providing impeccable and personalized service.

Support back-office operations, including data entry, stock control, and transaction follow-up.

Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing developments for key brands.

Contribute to inventory planning and buying strategy for the Pre-Owned division.
